Isaac’s story:

Isaac has been fortunate enough to maintain his Real Estate career through both the boom and bust cycles of our market, and every stage in between. Excited by Architecture and by comparing different cities at a very early age, Isaac obtained his license all the way back in 2003 while still an ASU Undergrad. By 2006 he’d earned enough sales and a strong enough reputation to be invited to the then #1 Keller Williams Real Estate Team in the country, which also happened to be a major developer. This allowed his first real world involvement with Architecture and Real Estate Finance. Nevertheless, by constantly keeping a careful eye on the market, Isaac realized that the mid 2000’s market boom would eventually run out of steam. So in 2008, with the collapse upon us, Isaac was selected to represent Bank of America in helping to liquidate the thousands of foreclosed homes which had tragically resulted from the financial crisis.

Between his experience prior, and then having B of A as a direct client, Isaac broke the 500+ homes sold barrier in 2010. In order stay on course selling over 10 homes per month, Isaac formulated IKAHN Property & Investment, a team of 3 full time admin and 2 buyer’s agents. By 2011, as government regulation finally began to slow down the wave of foreclosures, Isaac again saw an opportunity to reposition his business, this time his motivation was to leverage his inside knowledge of bank processes in helping under water homeowners to prevent foreclosure by successfully Short Selling their homes. On the Buyer side, having realized the market had finally hit bottom, and was even underpriced in certain areas, Isaac began identifying opportunities for experienced investors. He achieved a loyal investor following, many of whom still fund the majority of his remodel projects today.

Constantly looking to learn and grow within the industry, Isaac obtained a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from ASU’s business school in 2013. This further deepened his understanding of Market Analysis and Construction, and re-awakened his childhood passion for Architecture and Design. It was at this program that Isaac acquired an interest in 3D CAD modeling, a skill which he would later hone and put into great use on his personal investment remodels. Shortly after completing his Masters in Real Estate, Isaac Co-Founded Palmyra Development, LLC which has become a respected Design/Build company and is known for creating many of the higher end remodels in the Old Town Scottsdale area.

Genuine market expertise, proven systems, and integrity above all else, have been the cornerstones of what has earned Isaac such a respected reputation within the Arizona Real Estate community. Throughout his career Isaac has jumped at the opportunity to give back to the industry buy being a corporate coach and trainer for other Agents, as well as a regular speaker and panelist at one of the most respected institutions in our state, the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. Isaac also enjoys giving back to the local community and has served a full term as member of the Board of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona, he is also a current Member of the Scottsdale Active 20/30 Club and a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona. When he’s not busy producing results for his Clients, Isaac is also an avid Skier and Mountain Biker.

About Us

For Amy, real estate was a passion that was instilled in her from a very young age by her mother and grandmother. From going to the “Holiday Show of Homes” in her small hometown in Missouri, to hearing of her grandmother’s exciting stories of being one of the first female real estate brokers in the state of Texas, Amy has always felt a deep connection to the power of a home and how it can enrich lives and enable people to thrive.
With this background, it’s no surprise Amy has been in real estate since graduating from college. She first started her career in 2012 in the state of Texas by becoming a loan officer within a thriving mortgage firm outside of Dallas. While there, she decided to pursue her true dream of being a Realtor and get her real estate license. By 2013, she had made the switch and was a full-time Realtor with Keller Williams. With her career beginning as a loan officer, Amy offers each of her clients well-rounded and informed advice throughout each step of their transaction. She strives to constantly grow in her knowledge of the business and be the most innovative and client-centered professional possible.
